good book(!)

the “Metal God” & rock & roll legend tells his story, from origins to old age, a long & illustrious career in music 🙌

a significant portion of the story is Rob fighting his sexuality, being of course a closeted gay man for 25 years w/ Priest, & finally comes out during an interview, which brings him peace

some of the entertaining bits are his explanations & insight into the underground culture during those times, featuring the formalities of truck stop etiquette
