extremely good book; interesting; thought-provoking...

this gives us an insiders-view [grain of salt warning of course] of a former EHM, which is basically a cog in the process of global/corporate empire/domination

he explains how through leveraged debt & contracts, countries are subverted & people enslaved

he says the first layer is the EHMs; followed by the vultures [corporate mercenaries more or less]; & lastly by the military...

once a country accepts infrastructure or any other type of loan/contract, they are driven to reneging & thus owe a "pound of flesh," which brings them under hegemonic control

this book was published around 2005; so we see how its message carries true forward
