whoa, this was good(!)

basically blasted through this one in a session or two -- it's a story [very personal] of a woman's childhood & journey into motherhood & family, w/ some MASSIVE ups & downs & difficulties presented

here we meet her parents & sister, & get a glimpse into what horrors certain childhoods can bring -- fear, abuse, distance...

Lidia gives an account which she regularly stops herself from "lying" during, which ultimately makes me question the validity of much of what she says, although in the end the story concludes satisfactorily, so 👍

apparently i have an issue w/ folks that declare themselves to be pathological liars -- like, how much of this is BS & how much accurate(?) hmmm
