surprisingly good(!!)

this was recommended to me multiple times, & when the hefty 24+ hour audiobook became available, i gave it a shot, w/ great success(!)

we venture into the genre of high-fantasy, w/ magic & abilities in a world of its own, w/ monsters & character classes, mixed w/ aristocracy & heredity 👍

i would likewise recommend this [FYI very well narrated audio version] to anyone looking for a tale of adventure, & have the rest of the series myself to queue up for more action
