good stuff(!)

i actually own this book [large physical copy], & thoroughly enjoy Tim's books; so when seeing the audio version freely available [library!] i jumped at it & quickly devoured it 👌

to say, i'm going to need to now consult the physical copy to pore over some of the stuff in here, as it's a lot of details to go by pretty quick

we hear of weight-loss & muscle-gain protocols, sex upgrading [focusing on clitoral stimulation], & chemicals/components that, er, help the male end of things 😁

good read(!)
