pretty good(!)

liked this one a lot

a tale of a lady's experience as a student [& life in Paris, etc.] at the Cordon Bleu, where her mettle as a chef is tested & refined

we learned about what it takes; what the camaraderie is like; how the teachers/chefs act & behave; the many many issues/errors that are persistent [undercooked, too sweet, etc. etc. etc.]

great story; well-told; interesting & unique; & truly inspiring as i now want to make a roux, hehe
