oh i so enjoyed this book

really really good stuff(!)

almost worth rereading hahaha...

this gets into rituals of recognizing/releasing/honoring grief [communal, for instance, involving dancing followed by lying down w/ eyes closed...]

it seems people bottle up their grief/shame until it manifests itself as a negative spirit/aspect; this gives us some tools for getting to this grief & shame & finding the door of its purpose
